Texture Pack Not Working

Hey. I downloaded a texture pack (Sphax PureBDcraft with the Tekkit Classic patch) and installed like I have always done. But when I go and enter the texture pack through Tekkit. The icon appears of a black and white version of the default texture pack. All the textures in the game were from the default pack.
