I was haveing problems with my Techicpack launcher where all the packs said offline and wouldn't allow me to add any new packs. I had had the pack since the second or third week of November this year. I decided to try uninstalling it by deleting the file from roam. (cause i was not smart enough to look up how to uninstall XP) Now I have tried downloading it from the main technic web sight about twenty times over the last week. The file is downloaded but when i click it there is a little loading sine from my mouse for about three seconds, and after nothing happens. I have tried numerous things from clearing my download, and browsing history, disabling my virus software, and going through the files settings.
