Description of Problem:

Whenever I try to login to the Technic Platform after entering username and password the error pops up saying "An error occurred while attempting to reach Minecraft.net. I've tried disabling all antivirus software, completely removed all associated files with Technic, and restarted my computer. It was working fine and this just started happening. I can still access my regular minecraft account through the website as well as the minecraft launcher. I had my friend try to login with his account on my computer and he gets the same error as well. When I try to ping minecraft.net it times out instantly. When I run trace it gets to 13 and starts timing out. Any ideas?

I have the same problem. would you please look If There is other trends with this error before making a new one. There are already Two treads about it. I have also tried deleting my .technic folder and disabling my firewall and antivirus but it still not works. :(
