Custom Server Problems

Hey iv been having problems with the server files for my modpack. I have deleted all of the client side mods but it pauses at 'Downloading library org.scala-lang:scala-library:2.10.2 ' . But then after I closed and open the .bat file hears what it says: https://www.mediafire.com/?7alq3uudy3uqlav
