My screen upside down and backwards

Operating System: Macbook Pro

Java Version: se 6 or se 5

Description of Problem:

When i go on to the launcher and start the game its fine but then when i get to mojang it is upside down and backwards this then continues till when i get to the game it is the same and annoys me why is it doing this?

I have the same problem. I also have a Macbook Pro and the only fix that I have found is to use fullscreen. Hope this helps.
