Title: Loading Tekkit and worlds

Java Version: Version 7 Update 45

Description of Problem:

Whenever I try to get onto tekkit it won't load and when it does I try to go into my world and it stays on the loading screen.

Error Messages:

Doesn't give any

I think I found the problem. But it won't let me delete the file because it says it is running with java se binary system. Idk if this helps any but if you could help it'd be much appreciated
