How to add water strainers?

Hey guys. I'm having a problem with my TekkitLite server.

I need WaterStrainers, but they are obviously not included in the modpack.

So I found out that they are part of the PowerConverters mod.

I have the PowerConverters mod installed by default but I can't find the water strainers.

Can you give me some tips please?

I really have no idea how to add them to the server..
