*fixed* Update Failed.

Launcher/pack Version: 0.5.4.9

Operating System: windows 7 64-bit

Version of Java: Java 7

Description of Problem:I was playing on the technic pack and then I reloaded it and when I went to log in all of a sudden it tried to download minecraft.jar?user=Maltish&ticket=deprecated&ticket=1 but then it gets stuck at around 21%.

Error Messages: Update Failed!

I still need help with this problem i dont have any of the antiviruses that are said to cause these problems.
