Where is everything?

So, I've recently started playing voltz, and I love it. The problem is that whenever i look up tutorial videos, they use things that aren't there! For example, there was one about a hydrogen generator that used pumps and water pipes. I can't find those! And the advanced battery box, I don't know where that is. I feel like there's something I haven't seen so please tell me. Did they remove a bunch of mods? Why? Thanks
