BigDig how to add plugins???

Hello everyone!

I want to create a server for me and my friends, but i would like to add essentials in it. Can someone help me?

I tried to open it with minecraft_server.jar but it doesn't work... I tried to download minecraft 1.5.2 server and start with it, then plugins were working, but modpack big dig didn't.

Can someone explain me how add plugins?

I have the same thing man could you also send this video to me would be a life saver i had a bteam server but it updated people lost there stuff so im changing it to big dig and have to clue how to use plugins with this !
