Modpack error help please

I'm trying to make a modpack using the MineLittlePony mod, since all of the other ones I've seen are either unavailible or unuseable, but when I went to test it to see if it would open, I got an error message saying that the launcher could not open the ZIP file. I don't know if it was something I did wrong or what, but I would very much appreciate your help. I do plan on updating this pack further so that I can make a server based on an animated series I'm working on, and I would like to at least get it off the ground. I would like to thank anyone in advance for any help they may provide.

I fixed the Zip error I was having, but now the modpack just loads vanilla minecraft with no mods. I have one option I can try on my own, but I may need more help in case it does not work,
