Items Dissapear Instantly on Death?

Any idea if this is a bug or a certain mod? Hardcore mode is turned off and we are on easy difficulty but no items are dropping on death and when you respawn you have nothing. Is there a config option for one of the mods to make it just drop the items like normal?

Edit: Nevermind, you destroy your tombstone to retrieve your items . Pretty cool, what mod added this?

I believe it's Open Blocks, but I'm not completely sure. WAILA should tell you if you mouse over your tombstone.
