Unzipping Issue

Java Version: Java 7 Update 45

Antivirus Program: MSE

Description of Problem:

So I am trying to create a modpack for me and my friends. When ever I go to test the mod pack it starts to unzip then gives me the Error:

"Error unzipping a file for the following pack: Prismcraft

error in opening zip file

Please consult the modpack author."

any help is better than none and the log is not much help to me

Never mind, I fixed it somehow

What did you do to fix it? Because I've tried changing the link to start with dl, as well as make it have ?dl=1 at the end. All of the forums say that this is what's wrong but it doesn't fix it for me.
