Rotary Macerator Lever Crash

So as the title says anytime on my smp server when i put lever on rotary macerator ( other 2tier machines are next to it ...) and turn it on the macerator starts to produce smoke and turn on centrifuge extractor next to it but at the moment i turn the lever on the server crashes... wtf ??? this never happened to me , i have to move the level.dat to singleplayer and remove the lever ... any fix ?

so i tried if it works whitout it but the problem is the server crashes anytimes the macerator goes on

i put iron ore in and server crashed in milisecond :0
