Strange problem with modblocks.

Bigggg issue. Whenever i try to use the coal generator block, the electric furnace, the battery box, ect.. I place it and craft it fine, but i can't right click it!?

I cant put batteries in the box, or coal in the furnaces, it's kind of essential to run most machines ;-;

it works on neither the big dig client, or my big dig server, both running at 1.3.13

can someone tell me what the heck is going on?
