How to update Server Verion to match Client Version

Can Anyone tell me how to update my server version to 1.6.4.

My server is currently running 1.5.2.

Iam currently running Windows 8 so I have the custom launcher batch file in my Directory.

No, before you suggest, i'm not downgrading the client side of it because i'm running my modpack through the Technic launcher.
