I really like this modpack, but how do I transform back to normal?

I was normal, then I was a cow, then a zombie, now I'm a witch. So, I can walk around in sunlight and all that just fine, but what do I do to turn back to normal and how can I prevent this transformation in the future?

I'm assuming this is part of the witchery mod?

Press either of those square bracket keys on your keyboard, and you can scroll to change into anything you've killed, including your main skin.
