Trouble getting a modpack to update.

I've been trying to get a small private modpack working correctly for 3 days now, and i've only gotten it to work twice. I've got my modpack zipped with 7zip, the folder setup all correct (mods, bin, resources, configs, that stuff), and i have it on dropbox, in my Public folder, as a zip. I've put the download into the setup on the technic site, and it recognizes it, but when I go to use the modpack, it'll load the zip slowly, and upon hitting 100%, it'll go through a second time, only to tell me that it cannot download the zip about 90% of the way through the second load. It used to work perfectly fine, but now I can't run it at all. The mods are all compatible, and all work well thrown into my .minecraft with just forge.
