do you have a 64 bit machine?

If so, check on your Java Version.  If it's a 32 bit Java uninstall it and go to the java's website and look for the 64 bit version.

if that doesn't work then on the launchers settings you should add more memory to it.

or you can use disk cleanup to clear up some stuff from your computers memory. (press windows button and type "disk cleanup")
