Have problems on Minecraft 1.6.4 modpacks (Can't play)

I tried few modpacks. (Attack of the b team, OhGaming's Wild West etc.) When i click the play button, launcher is hide and again back to 5 second later. But Hexxit, Voltz etc. is work.

 

Minecraft 1.6.4 normal is work. But when i try Modpacks (Minecraft 1.6.4), can't play.

 

OS : Windows 7 64 bit

Ram : 16 GB

GPU : nVidia GeForce GTX 670M

It looks like Java is probably not installed correctly.  I would reinstall it, since you're slightly out of date anyway, and make sure you get the 64-bit version.
