World Not Loading Correctly in Singleplayer or Mulitplayer

I have been trying to play tekkit lite, but whenever I join a server or create a singleplayer world, the world is there but it hasn't loaded the textures.

It shows the outlines of blocks, tools, and pipes but everything else in clear. Any ideas? Thanks.
