Voltz adding Railcraft?

Hey guys, I was wondering, does Voltz have plans to include Railcraft? I am asking because I have been all over the internet and everything I have read says Voltz has Railcraft, but I can't find it on the mod list or ingame. I'm asking mainly because I wanted to set up a tunnel boring machine to mine minerals (though mostly because I like the idea of my own tunnel borer), Can anyone help?

 

If not, could someone point me to a popular modpack with both IBCM and Railcraft for multiplayer gaming?
