Buildings Spawning at 0,0

I am not sure if this is so posed to happen or is a glitch, but every time we make a server, we go to X 0 Y 0. We build a house and everything is fine for a short time, roughly about 10-15 mins, we go out to start gathering supplies you know, Playing the game, but when we come back we find that buildings have spawned destroying the shelter that we have built. So we reset and made a completely new world, and it happened again. Is this a thing that happens or is it a glitch, if it is a glitch how can it be fixed? We are playing in multiplayer.

Like how is  destroyed? Like missing completely like nothing was there or looks like something blew up
