Can't install the modpack

I really want to play but every time I try to install the modpack I get this:

 

Error downloading file for the following pack: Attack of The B-Team

Failed to download http://mirror.technicpack.net/Technic/lib/org/scala-lang/scala-complier/2.10.2/scala-complier-2.10.2.jar

Please consult the modpack author

 

(I couldn't click the link when it showed it if that's important) Sorry if this is something obvious but I would really like to know how to fix this.

1) When you open the launcher you see the settings icon on the top right corner 

 

2) Click on it and it will pop a window

 

3) You will see this (0) Always use Stable launcher builds

 

4) uncheck it and check (0) Always use Beta launcher builds
