Modpack name in use by unused modpack

Hello,

 

I have the domain name mineventure.com and want to make a modpack called mineventure for it, however the name is already taken by someone who created it at 03-08-2013 and never did anything with it since, essentially keeping the name occupied without any use whatsoever.

 

The modpack url: http://www.technicpack.net/modpack/details/mineventure.10813

 

My question is can someone from the Technic team remove this modpack or move it to my account so I can actually use it instead of just occupying a name?
