How do you get a gamepad to work with a modpack?

I have a logitech f310 gamepad that I can format correctly for minecraft vanilla but I have no idea how to make it work when I launch a modpack from technic. Usually I would make a profile linked to the application via a browse option but I can't find a place that applies when I launch a modpack.

Just try linking it to the TechnicLauncher.exe and see if it works (just right click on the tekkit icon and select open file location if you can't find where you put the .exe in your system)
