Normal Jungle Biomes

Hi everyone, Sorry to throw a question that may be obvious, but as im new to tekkit and cannot find anything about this i though I would just ask and maybe someone could explain it to me.

Basically.. What happened to Normal Jungle Biomes and Saplins ? (im running a 2.1.1 Server)

Technic pack is running on Minecraft 1.1 because many of the mods haven't updated.

Also Tekkit runs on CraftBukkit 1.1-R4.
