Quarry's

On my tekkit server we placed down a quarry and it worked fine when we moved it the quarry no longer works it has defined a area and has enough power but just won't quarry what is wrong with. We have 3 ideas these are

1) it can't quarry spawn

2)it has to define its own area not one we setup

3) it can quarry rubber trees

Does anyone know how to fix it

It's probz the Spawn area try moving the spawn or quarry somewhere else?
