Can't start Server

Using Tekkit 2.1.1 to run the server

Windows 7

Version 6 Update 31

Problem: Cannot start the tekkit server

Error:

Error occurred during initialization of UM

Could not reserve enough space for object heap

Could not create the Java virtual machine.

^^ Didn't think that it was worth posting that little thing into pastebin. Also I'm using the default gb (-Xmx3G -Xms2G)
