World Crash

I am doing a let's play on this world so this is important!!! I was playing aotb in the evening and decided that it was enough so I clicked Save and Quit to title but at the same time I closed the game so it didn't completely save it. the next day I logged on, started playing and after an hour all of the sudden my nothing in my world was loading again. I tried refreshing and that didn't work. It would only show me the small room I had and I also wasn't able to do anything anymore. I was able to move though. I also starting flying through blocks. This all happened when I was tinkering and I accidentally placed some obsidan next to my backpack. Please help me because I don't wanna lose this awesome treehouse!!!!

try making a new world, deleting the level.dat from old one, and replace it with the level.dat from the new one. This sometimes works. or use mcedit to edit what u have made into new world. i dunno if mc edit works well with the pack though

How do I delete the level.dat world and place it in the old one?
