Stat Points

How do I use stat points? Everyone else seems to have worked this out on their own, since there isn't a single useful result when I search phrases relating to Hack/Mine stat points.

When you want to use stat points after leveling up, just open inventory and click on the "More" tab. There it will have + highlighted in red, meaning you can increase the stat points until grayed out.
