Hack Slash Mine Server? Help plz?

Okay so I've done all i could and i cant seem to get the server Working.

Yes I've seen NearbyGamer's video on this. It didn't help cause I'm 32 bit D: I followed the same instructions and came up with "Cannot find specified path." And I do have the Program Files(x86). Yet, it still doesn't work. Please reply with any help xD Ty

Program files(x68) is Program files for 32bit, also is it NAMED minecraft or minecraft_server? it SHOULDNT be named -minecraft.jar- or -minecraft_server.jar- basicly it needs to be a jar file without the .jar in its name.
