Constant Read Time Out's

Hi Guys,

 

We are currently have a big problem here, we are having multiple corrupt chunks that once people walk into being in view distance of this chunk, it is crashing the server and causing a Read Time Out. We are led to believe that its part of either Buildcraft orIC2 or Logistics Pipes. The read time out is not giving any crash reports or anything.

 

Does anyone have any ideas what this item(s) could be?
