Can anyone build a modpack for me?

Me and my friend want to play ultra modded survival. Here's the link.

We tried deleting all of the mods out of the server folder except for these ones listed, but we get crash errors and we can't figure out how to fix it. So can someone else do it? It would be greatly appreciated since we've been trying to make this work for four hours.

I was looking for something like what you needed, and I found this:

there are some missing and added, but it is the best i could find.
