how to set the highlight tooltips with the mod name and items

I want to make the highlight tooltips with the mod name and items , please help me to solve this problem as soon as possible.

If I'm interpreting your question correctly, I'm assuming you're talking about the tooltip at the top of the screen that tells you what you're looking at. If you press 1 on the numpad (default), it will toggle it on or off.
