Stuck in Wall? ~ How to save stats

Hello,

 

I was trying to get up the wall in a Dungeon, so I was throwing enderpearls. Now I am stuck in those indestructible walls, and I can't get out. Is there any way to get out apart from resetting?

 

If I do have to reset, how can I keep my stats and reset the world?
