end of stream

hi guys we are 3-4 guy playing tekkit lite (from same country) but i have a friend living in serbia (im living in turkey) i have 25 mbit download 10 mbit upload speed

my friend from serbia always getting end of stream error hes saying there is no error message on screen just a blank screen or sometimes his minecraft crashes when hes joining the server

did anyone have a fix or solution?

only he is having problems my another friends didnt have any problems for connecting to the server

 

edit: we tryed to play normal minecraft hes connected with no problem
