Liszt's Right Hand Posted July 16, 2014 Share Posted July 16, 2014 You probably want modpacks that have mods like Bibliotech, Microblocks and so on. Most modpacks have those installed anyway. Other than that, I think you could probably make a cool city using any of the modpacks due to the abundance of blocks and utilities that can make a city come to life.
