Voltz

I want to play voltz, and everything works fine. I do want somethings that come with 1.6.4 minecraft. Can someone make a working custom modpack that has the same mods including: Carpenter's Blocks, Buildcraft, Computercraft, Railcraft, Metallurgy 3,  factorization, ender storage, tinker's construct, secret rooms, bibliocraft, WAILA, Project Red (base, compat, integration, lighting, mechanical, world), minechem, and backpacks
