Redstone engines and conductive pipes dont work properly

So, I made redstone engine farm, connected them to wooden conductive pipe and then through stone pipe into power teleport pipe. But the thing is, that it doesnt output any energy. Theres a screenshot:

Too much energy loss over the distance. Use stronger engines so there's more margin per energy packet.

It cant be the problem, this is short distance. Also it dont even show the little blue laser thingy that it is emitting power from engine.

Stone pipes lose more energy than gold. I've also been told many times (though never personally confirmed) that it calculates distance by how far apart the blocks are, not how many pipes it goes through, meaning the teleportation would still lose energy over distance.

okay, so i made some testing in creative, in this version seriously redstone engines are useless :<. I wasted alot of resources making those two stacks of redstone engines. So what is the best fuel for steam engines? Or should i find some oil use teleport pipes, refine it, and use it on like 4-8 combustion engines? All for quarry.

Quarries should use combustion engines with fuel. If I recall correctly, three of them optimally, but one will work (more slowly). If you insist on steam technology, and you have Forestry installed, use peat engines; Otherwise, use (many) steam engines with coal coke.
