why did voltz get turned into 16.4

why did they its bad because my computer lagss alot now and the new mod pack isent on eny server now and its been out for a week now

Voltz is updeated frequently weather  minor like bug fixes or major like upgrading to 1.6.4 . The reason? Simple when the mods that make the modpack get updated to be compatible with say 1.6.4 voltz gets right on updating to add more features. Otherwise its a baby that will never grow
