i asked yahoo answers and for once they where helpful here is what you need to do i give all credit to Jnichlous

ok first read this all then try the options.... i have 2 things u need to do if u dident do these already..ok first u need to right click on your desktop then go to properties ok next go to settings then go to advanced then go to troubleshoot ok ull see a bar slide it down 1 click past half-way or ...(second option)open up the technic launcher and go to options..ull see a memory to allocate option click it and choose 512 mb then run it(try this first) and thts it but make sure u try that options first k..no need to mess with ur properties if u can just change the launcher options
