white screen after modpack loads up

I'm not sure where to post this so Im gonna post it here.

I threw together a modpack with a 5mods(?) and it is on the latest MC version for a group of my friends (about 11ish)

About 4 have installed the modpack recently and most are on win8.1 and it runs perfectly and 2 people run it on Win7 and perfectly too except one person who is on Win7 64bit and the error is shown below.

the official  technic modpacks work except my modpack but it works for everyone else but him, I had him re-install java already.
