Error: Could not find main class.

First I would like to say I spent 2 days now trying to fix this. I've updated with the latest 6u31 and also 7u3 and 7u4 of java. I have right clicked and open the techniclaucher.jar file with javaw.exe from each version of java. I have done everything possible. But everytime I get an error code that says "Error: Could not find main class." Please help.

I am running Windows 64 Bit.
