When I log into my Singleplayer Tekkit world I can control the time of day, creative mode, delete mode, weather, etc from the inventory screen. But why can't I control them on my multiplayer server? How do I enable this?

Completely seperate question: My friends can't connect to my Tekkit server. They can see that it is online with 5 bars, and says #/20 players online, but when they try to connect, they instantly disconnect. Did I do something wrong?

1) Why don't people read the stickies?

2) NEI (that's the controls you're referring to) is disabled for people without OP or permissions on a server. Give yourself OP from the console.

3) You failed to report a bug correctly or completely, so we can't diagnose what might be wrong. Please go back and read, then follow, the bug report format.
