Issue with enchanting items from inventory.

Launcher/pack Version: Technic Launcher 1.0.1.3 (Tekkit)

Operating System: Windows 7 64bit

Version of Java: Java 7 64bit also have 32bit

Description of Problem: I have myself as an op on my server and when I open up my inventory then press x to try to enchant an item I get the transmutation tablet gui instead. If I play tekkit in single player though I will get the enchantment gui. Some items from my inventory will be moved into the transmutation tablet when I press x in multiplayer while in my inventory and when I try to move them back to my inventory I am disconnected saying I had an internal server error. I was wondering why my enchantment gui doesn't show up in multiplayer and displays the transmutation tablet gui instead and if there is any fix?

For the attached pictures, the first pic is of my inventory when I press e in game and the second pic is what I see when I press x while in my inventory.
