Technic launcher updater has stopped working.

I've tried searching, the only topics i've found showed no solution..

I was on a Tekkit server earlier today, and as I try getting on now this shows up, and only gives me offline mode to do.. I do not know what could be causing the issue, but i'd apreciate the help.

Hey this happened to me today and i thought id post what worked for me i dont even know why and im not questioning it but right clicking and running as admin worked for me hope it does for you guys to.
