Modpack error - Nothing happens

Hello! I've started to make a modpack for a custom server I might to (Private.) When I click play in the launcher, I get the bar that shows up when loading a modpack. im having a similar problem. when i try downloading my modpack from technic launcher i get an 'error downloading modpack- please consult modpack creator' 
please help.
