Can Spawn stuff...

...in the NEI server config everything is set to op, i cant spawn stuff with NEI I just click and nothing happens, and if I change my gamemode to creative the server disconects me and I'm an op.

What to do ?

You need to go to the options and enable cheat mode. In the inventory screen, on the bottom left part there is an options button. In there you will see a button with recipe mode. Click that to change it

As for the disconnecting in creative mode, that's a bug with NEI and Tekkit
