How do I add the launcher to my desktop?

I have the .Technic file in my folder, but I'm wondering how exactly I add the actual launcher to my desktop, as I can't run it now, because I'm unsure how to launch it

 

Sorry if I'm just being a noob and it's actually the simplest thing ever, but i'm new to mods!
